Aspen Build Ltd has been appointed by Sanctuary to deliver a new supported living development, replacing an existing care home with a purpose-built scheme designed to provide high-quality accommodation for future residents.

The project will comprise nine supported living apartments, a dedicated staff apartment, and office accommodation, creating a modern and accessible environment that supports independent living within the community.

The timber frame development has been designed with sustainability at its core, incorporating a range of environmentally conscious features including photovoltaic (PV) panels, electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities, and feature areas of standing seam zinc cladding.

Through the use of modern construction methods and sustainable design principles, the scheme will provide an energy-efficient and future-focused development that enhances the local area while delivering improved facilities for residents and support staff.
