Works have commenced on High Road, Trimley St Martin. This is our first project for client Flagship Homes, a very active Housing Association in the East Anglia region.
The greenfield site will see the construction of 69 dwellings comprising 39 houses, 17 apartments and 13 bungalows of mixed tenure with completion scheduled for the beginning of 2023.
Hoarding is up and foundations are being pulled this week.
