Completed red-brick affordable homes at the Bacton development

Aspen has officially handed over the first 10 homes at our Bacton development in Norfolk to our partners at Flagship Homes, marking an important milestone in the delivery of this 47-home affordable housing scheme.

Delivered across five construction phases, the development will provide high-quality new homes for the local community, with the first residents preparing to move in over the coming weeks.

Progress continues across the remainder of the site, with Phase 2 now entering the snagging stage, while external works and brickwork continue on Phase 3. Across Phases 4 and 5, scaffolding is being removed as the project moves towards final infrastructure works, services, and finishing touches.

The project reflects the collaborative approach between Aspen, Flagship Homes, and our delivery partners, helping ensure the development remains on programme while maintaining the quality standards expected throughout the build.

Further homes will be handed over on a monthly basis as the project progresses towards completion later this year.
