Mike started the company in 2007 in order to deliver projects as a main contractor. Mike has worked hard to develop the company since then and has made some large investments into both the staff and key resources all brought into the business from a pool of large regional and national contractors. Mike spearheads the strategic development of the company along with procurement and pre-construction elements of the business passing secured projects onto the construction and commercial teams to develop, establish and maintain key client relationships whilst delivering some iconic projects.
James undertakes the role of Manager of London and Essex Operations. This is a key role within the business and includes the responsibility for the search for new opportunities to tender for as well as ensuring budgets and project costs are kept under strict control on his own jobs. Alongside his role as Senior Surveyor on the London projects James excels in ensuring maximum client satisfaction by not only driving a performance out of the project team but also going beyond this by recognising our social responsibility and involving the wider community.
Dean has acquired 20 yrs experience within the construction industry working for one of the countries largest regional contractors and enjoying a fantastic founding for his career being involved with some of the region’s most prestigious build programmes. Dean has a wide and varied experience across most sectors of the industry. This includes extensive knowledge in Civil Engineering, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Ministry of Defence, Heavy Industry and Retail industries as well as a wide variety of construction methodology. Dean’s pragmatic approach to design means he excels in problem solving and ensuring ‘best value’ when it comes to buildability. Deans is also working towards his full membership of CIOB and part of our four strong team to face the three peaks challenge later in the year.
Adam oversees all commercial aspects of the business. Adam is responsible in pre-construction for tender adjudications and tender strategies. In live projects Adam oversees project surveyors in ensuring projects remain on budget and financial risk is minimised through careful contract administration. Adam also plays a key role in maximising product value through value engineering and life cycle costing reviews. Alongside this Adam manages the office staff in ensuring Administration and Accounts are working effectively. He recognises the importance of an empowered workforce and is a keen ambassador for all team members taking full responsibility not only for the scheme they work on but the company as a whole.Read Less
