The Second of three projects completed for London Borough of Redbridge designed, constructed and delivered to reclaim and redevelop underused sites and open spaces across the borough whilst increasing the social housing stock.

The development consisted of three three-bedroom terraced houses and a block of five apartments, four two-bedroom and one three-bedroom spread across three floors.
The properties have all been designed to comply with London Plan, Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design and achieve Code level 4 and include features such as integrated PV panels on the roofs to both the houses and flats, car charging points within the carpark area, below ground surface water attenuation tank and SuDs system with perforated drainage and hydro break chamber, LPS1175 and PAS24 rated windows and doors, an automatic AOV at the top of the communal stair activated by a series of heat sensors within the communal area and door entry system with camera monitoring from each apartment.
The project was completed and handed over to the client on time, snag free and has received some glowing comments from the client and new tenants that fully occupied the eight properties within a week of hand over.
