This project saw the regeneration of a disused garage site at the end of a residential cul-de-sac with the design and construction of a detached 2 bedroom house with front and rear gardens laid to lawn with patio areas.

The house was built using traditional methods with block and beam floor, insulated brick and block cavity walls, tiled truss roof and UPVC windows and doors, designed to fully comply with the London Plan, Code for Sustainable Homes level 4, Secured by Design and Lifetime Homes with features including PV panels built in to the roof, knock out panels designed within the living room ceiling joists to accommodate a future lift and level access to both the front and rear doors for wheelchair access.
