Demolition of existing derelict 2 storey garage block to make way for the construction of 17number 1,2 and 3 bedroom flats, 4 MEWS 3 bedroom houses, residents association meeting area and a commercial unit shell only (fit out by others).

Piled/ beamed foundations and concrete floor.

Steel frame structure for the flats, seven storeys high( G-7), concrete floors and staircase with traditional façade( brick/ block) with full fill non-combustible insulation.
Firefighting passenger lift serving all floors for general access, platform lift from ground to first for access to the two DDA flats on level 1.
Internal fit out for the client included floor coverings, blinds to all windows, each plot had its own terrace area with Secure By Design windows and doors.
PV( Solar panels) installed on roof areas with green roof systems installed.

4no MEWS houses built with brick and block, flat roof construction with PV panels and green roof systems, each house has its own terrace/ courtyard area on the 2nd floor.
