Gowers Place
Gowers Place is a residential development in Feltwell comprising 19 high-quality homes, delivered on behalf of Flagship Homes. The scheme provides a mix of shared ownership and affordable rent properties, helping to create much-needed housing opportunities within the local community while delivering attractive, sustainable homes designed for modern living.
The project presented a unique challenge, as Aspen Build was appointed to take over the scheme following the previous contractor entering administration. Successfully stepping into an ongoing development, Aspen Build managed the transition, maintained momentum, and delivered the remaining works to the highest standards, demonstrating our expertise in recovering and completing complex projects.
The homes were constructed using traditional building methods, incorporating robust brick façades that provide a timeless appearance while complementing the surrounding environment. Careful attention was given to quality, workmanship, and detailing throughout the development to ensure the completed homes meet the expectations of both the client and future residents.
Sustainability was a key consideration throughout the scheme, with every property incorporating renewable technologies to improve energy efficiency and reduce long-term running costs. Solar photovoltaic (PV) panels and air-source heat pumps were installed across the development, providing residents with efficient, lower-carbon energy solutions and supporting a more sustainable approach to modern housing.

The external environment was carefully designed to create an attractive and welcoming setting for residents. Extensive landscaping works, including new tree planting, shrubs, and soft planting, enhance the development’s appearance while creating a pleasant community atmosphere and improving the connection between the homes and their surroundings.
