Development of two ‘garage’ sites within Wessex Close to create two blocks of 3 no. three-bedroom houses of traditional masonry construction. All plots were handed over on time, snag free with new residents able to move in immediately after handover.

This was a very tight site with the plots occupying approximately 80% of the total area and very little storage area meaning careful planning for deliveries was required.
Also, careful consideration and planning was required in order that occupied neighbouring properties were not disrupted.
