We are delighted that this project, a pair of semi-detached houses providing social housing for our client, London Borough of Redbridge, has been completed on time as per the contract date.
Sites such as Pershore Close, that are situated in tight residential areas can have an impact on the local community during the build. It was evident on handover that our Site Manager, Vince Kerrison, has done a great job managing the site, with local residents bringing him gifts and asking to have their photograph taken with him!
