We are keeping abreast of Government advice regarding operations of business and distancing of individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As at today’s date construction sites remain open and construction is continuing as normal.

Operational measures have been adjusted on site to further de-risk spreading of infection.

Government guidelines are being followed with regard to symptoms and isolation of individuals.

Office staff, who can do so, are working from home.  For the time being, the office will remain open with skeleton staff in accounts and on reception so please continue to contact us via the normal means as the switch board will divert calls to staff at home on their mobile phones.

Face to face meetings for multiple attendees are suspended and will now take place via Microsoft Teams.

Defects should continue to be reported in the normal way, however, attendance to non-urgent call outs is suspended where access is required within occupied properties. For urgent call outs, stringent questioning is required to ensure that our operatives and supply chain are not placed in a position of known COVID-19 risk.

Government advice is changing very quickly so our operational measures will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly and communicated directly to stakeholders by email and via this website.
