Aspen Build (East Anglia) Limited is a management contractor specializing in construction of residential schemes across the East Anglia and London area.
We have a vacancy for an assistant to cover maternity leave within our accounts team, commencing as soon as possible. There is a possibility that the position will become permanent at the end of the maternity cover.
Full time or Part-time hours can be negotiated (minimum 4 days during maternity leave).
Salary dependent on experience/qualification.
The role responsibilities include:
. Matching delivery notes with invoices
. Posting subcontractor and supplier invoices onto accounting software Eque2/Sage Line 50
. Reconciling supplier statements
. Preparing supplier/subcontractor payments
. Other accounting/administrative tasks as necessary
Ideally applicants will have previous Supplier ledger experience working with Sage Line 50 accounting software, however this is not essential. Training will be given on Eque2 project software.
The successful candidate will be flexible; methodical; organized and efficient with an eye for detail.
